Shipping & Returns
To eliminate waste, all handmade items are made to order. This means the item is not made until the order is placed which adds a few days of processing time.
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies.
Shipping time is based of of USPS, time may vary. 3-7 days.
Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Return & Exchange Policy
This policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, I can not offer you a refund, however I can offer an exchange or store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
-Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to my error
-Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I don’t guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com with the subject line "missing refund".
Exchanges (if applicable):
If you would like to exchange and item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line "exchange".
I only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
